Booking Policy

Upon booking please let us know if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant or any other conditions that may restrict/stop your treatment from happening.

We have a 24hour cancellation policy in place, which means if you can no longer make your appointment and have to cancel less than 24hours before your treatment there will be a 50% charge of the treatment booked. With the current situation and how hard times have been for many businesses we feel we have no other choice to have to put this policy in place and hope that you all understand.

If wishing to book your treatment/s with a specific therapist, please state this at the time of booking to avoid confusion when arriving for your appointment.

​

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months and cannot be extended under any circumstances.

​

Gift vouchers can be used for treatments and services or products. They cannot be exchanged for money.

​

Please arrive on time for your appointment, not early, not late, with the current COVID guidelines we cannot allow you to enter the salon before your appointment time and if you're late we may not be able to carry out your full treatment or carry it out at all. This is due to making sure we can run on time and smoothly for all bookings. 

​

We ask all clients to turn mobile phones to silent whilst in the salon and keep noise to a minimum, this is to ensure all clients get the full experience during their treatments.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

We have put our privacy and safety policy in place as we feel all clients and staff need to know this is a safe environment, and we take this very seriously at The Ivy Suite. Also, included ---Due to the new COVID 19 guidelines we are asking each client:

  • Keep mobile phone use to a minimum whilst in the salon and having your treatment.

  • Arrive for your appointments on time, not early, not late so we can keep the amount of people in the salon to a minimum and makes sure we can run each appointment smoothly and safely.

  • Masks are to be worn before entering the salon and kept on throughout your treatment. Except if you're having any facial treatment- please note the therapists will never take off their masks and will be worn throughout your treatment. 

  • There is hand sanitiser as soon as you enter and around the salon, please use this as much as you'd like. 

  • If you or someone you have come into contact with has any of the COVID 19 symptoms please do NOT enter the salon and rearrange your appointment either over the phone or through our Facebook, instagram or website.

  • We are allowing 15 minutes between each appointment to ensure all the full cleaning/sanatising routines are kept to the highest standard

  • We are NOT accepting any walk in appointments and will be strictly working on an appointment only basis. 

  • Please arrive ALONE to your appointment, with no unnecessary items if possible. Exept if you are under the age of 18, where a parent/guardian is required to come with you.

  • All appointments are strictly confidential, anything discussed with our therapists will NOT be discussed amongst us or anyone else. 

  • Any person under the age of 18 will need a parent/guardian to come with and must have consent to have any treatment performed on them. No Intimate treatments such as bikini waxing , spray tan can be performed on under 16yr olds unless a parent/guardian is present.
